Coconut Flour Pumpkin Pancakes.

1 can pumpkin
2 1/2 very ripe bananas
6 eggs
4 tsp coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 heaping tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
Dash salt
Coconut oil

In a food processor or blender, puree bananas until silky. In a large bowl, whisk banana with remaining ingredients until smooth. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-low heat and grease generously with coconut oil. For each batch, pour by tablespoons onto well-greased hot pan; flip when bubbles appear and tops appear set.
