Spinach Parmesan Dip.

This dip is so good, even my spinach-shy husband eats the heck out of it. This comes from a friend who made it for her own engagement party–much to the delight of all her guests!


1 10-oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 1/3 c grated parmesan

1 medium onion, chopped (~1 c)

1 clove garlic, minced

4 oz cream cheese

1 c mayonnaise

1 tsp paprika

Sea salt & pepper


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Scoop mixture into greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with carrot sticks, celery stalks, pita chips/bread, or tortilla chips.
