Horseradish “Aioli.”

By definition, “aioli” (aye-O-lee)  includes garlic, but we’ll stretch the rules here and just call this “flavored mayonnaise” a fancy name.

 

3 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise

1/2 tsp ground horseradish

Dash lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature as a dip for sweet potato fries or fish sticks, or spread on your favorite steak sandwich.
