2 fresh (or defrosted) tilapia filets
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/2 tbsp butter
Trader Joe’s Everyday Seasoning (or just sea salt and pepper)
Using a 12×12 piece of aluminum foil, curl/fold the edges up until it creates a “boat.” Grease foil with nonstick cooking spray and place on a broiling pan. Place fish on foil and squeeze lemon juice on top. Drop small bits of butter onto the fattest parts of each filet. Season lightly and broil until the fish turns white and starts to turn golden brown on the edges, about 5 minutes. To make sure fish is done, test with a fork: if it flakes easily, it’s done!
