5 small ripe avocados or 2-3 large
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Peel and seed the avocados into a medium bowl. Massage the lime by rolling under your hand on the countertop a few times; cut in half and squeeze juice over avocado, being sure to coat evenly. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cayenne on top and stir until combined. Serve with tortilla chips or celery, or spread onto toast and top with a fried egg and tomato slice.
