Simple Greek Salmon Salad.

1 can salmon, drained

1 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise

1 tbsp Greek or plain yogurt

2 tsp capers

1 stalk celery, chopped

1/2 tsp dried dillweed

Sea salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well-combined. Serve open-face style on a slice of grainy bread with thinly sliced cucumber and tomatoes. Serves 4.
